Cees and Mirjam are sent out jointly by two churches in Veenendaal: Westerkerk and the International Christian Fellowship (ICF). Westerkerk is one of the Hervormde PKN churches in Veenendaal. It currently supports several missionaries. The congregation itself seeks to impact the neighborhood around the church. ICF is the church plant Cees and Mirjam served in Veenendaal after it was started in 2011. It is nice that a more established church and a church plant join hands together to send out missionaries.

A home front team has been put together. A number of people representing the churches and families will work closely with Cees and Mirjam to raise funds and provide spritual and practical guidance.
